To help save time and streamline the application process, American Express offers employees the ability to initiate the AeroplanPlus™ Corporate Card, Corporate Card, Business Expense Card and Corporate Purchasing Card applications online. To start the application process, contact your company’s program administrator. They’ll supply you with a 4-digit Access Key that will allow you to login to American Express @Work™ and begin the application process.

Applying is easy. Just follow the three-step application process. Please note: you will have 10 minutes to complete the application form. The timer in the top right hand corner of the page will keep track of the time. If the application has not been submitted within 10 minutes the application will time out and you will need to start again.

To apply by mail or fax, download the American Express Corporate Gold Card application. Then, simply print the application, fill it out, have your Program Administrator sign it, and forward it to American Express either by FAX at 1-800-685-0534 or by mail using the following mailing address:
