- An offer must be of high value to achieve its desired effect and should represent a benefit or savings of at least 15-20 % (minimum offer requirements will be provided to you during the participation confirmation process and are standardized
across the different industry sectors).
- Cannot be repeated within three months

provided for all our marketing programs for this very reason-Cardmembers expect to receive the best the marketplace has to offer
and when we mail them, they react. It is an excellent way to ensure that our marketing programs break through and reach your
consumer in today's cluttered environment. Try to make your offer new and exciting. A little imagination can make all the

Is Your Offer Straightforward? |

The simpler the better, as far as offers are concerned. If you have to add complicated terms and conditions, you are more likely to
put people off. It will also make it harder for our copywriters to express the offer clearly. It is important to include a time deadline so
that Cardmembers are motivated to act immediately. |

Is Your Offer Easy To Take Advantage Of? |

Make it clear what you want Cardmembers to do - and by when. If your offer is dependent on a reservation, only give one number
to call. Make sure your staff is briefed to expect the calls and that the offer is available at all outlets (or specify if restricted to
